My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in developmental science, helping you foster a deeper connection with your child while promoting emotional regulation and resilience. • I offer individual therapy through Octave (insurance) or private cash-pay (rates noted below). My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. From the first session, I collaborate with clients to set measurable, realistic goals and create actionable plans. I specialize in life transitions, women’s issues, trauma, chronic and terminal illness, grief and loss, burnout, and anxiety/depression, providing a supportive environment to navigate life’s challenges.

I believe in "beginning therapy with the end in mind," fostering a space focused on insight and problem-solving at the client’s pace. I do this through integration of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions to support healing and growth. Whether you're facing a major life transition, coping with loss, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I offer a compassionate space to explore and create meaningful change.
